Error message on trying to open Acrobat PDF file
The
Data CDs are mainly Acrobat files and require Acrobat Reader version 4.
The installation file ACROBT95 is on each of the data CDs. You can install
this by clicking on Start, Run, D:\ACROBT95.EXE — if your CD is not D
use it's letter instead. Most PCs will have versions 1, 2 or 3 on them
already and this can cause an error message because this will still run
instead of the later edition 4. To get round this you can explicitly run
Acrobat 4 by clicking on Start, Programs, Adobe Acrobat 4, Acrobat Reader
4 - Then click on File, Open, and select your CD drive by clicking on
the down arrow beside "look in".
